I. Assistant to the President (1 position): As a strategic partner to the president, you will deeply participate in the company's high-level decision-making process. You need to have acute business insight, accurately grasp market dynamics and industry trends, and provide strong support for the company's strategic planning. Excellent organizational and coordination skills are indispensable, enabling you to efficiently manage various important meetings and activities of the company. At the same time, you should possess outstanding communication skills, smoothly communicate with personnel at all levels, and ensure the accurate transmission and effective implementation of information.
II. Foreign Trade Specialist (3 positions): Responsible for the comprehensive promotion and sales of the company's products in the international market. You will deeply explore potential overseas customers and establish a wide customer network through various online and offline channels. Proficiency in the international trade process is required, from inquiry response, contract signing to goods delivery and collection of payment, with no omissions throughout the process. Fluent in English, capable of conducting smooth business negotiations and communication with foreign clients, and familiar with the cultural customs of different countries to facilitate business expansion.
III. Domestic Sales Specialists (5 positions): Focused on the development and maintenance of the domestic market, you will have a deep understanding of the company's product features and customize personalized sales plans based on the needs of different industry clients. You need to possess excellent customer relationship management skills, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with clients, promptly understand client feedback, and continuously enhance client satisfaction. Through proactive market expansion activities, you will identify potential clients, achieve sales targets, and increase the company's product market share in the domestic market.
IV. Sales Assistant (2 positions): Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, responsible for daily tasks such as phone communication with potential clients and organizing client information. Work meticulously with a high demand for data accuracy to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, closely collaborate with various departments, extract precise client information, and provide efficient and high-quality services to clients.
V. Mechanical Engineer (2 positions): Lead the mechanical structure design and development of products, from concept design to detailed drawing, and then to sample production and testing, taking full responsibility throughout the process. You need to be proficient in mechanical design principles, familiar with various mechanical processing techniques, and able to optimize design schemes based on production realities to ensure the structural stability and reliability of the products. At the same time, possess an exploratory spirit towards new materials and new processes to continuously enhance the mechanical performance of the products.
VI. Electronic Engineer (2 positions): Responsible for the electronic circuit design and development of products, including the design and debugging of analog and digital circuits. Proficient in using relevant design software for PCB design, with a deep understanding of electronic components, capable of precise selection and application. Possess solid hardware debugging and fault-finding skills to ensure the stable performance of electronic products and meet the requirements of various application scenarios.
VI. Electronic Engineer (2 positions): Responsible for the electronic circuit design and development of products, including the design and debugging of analog and digital circuits. Temperature Sensor Design Engineer (2 positions): Focused on the cutting-edge design and development of temperature sensors, conducting in-depth research on various temperature sensing technologies, and keeping abreast of the latest industry trends. Based on market demands, develop innovative temperature sensor products, optimize existing product designs, and enhance product performance and accuracy. Possess excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, closely cooperate with production, sales, and other departments to ensure the smooth promotion of products.
IX. E-commerce Specialist (1 position): Responsible for the overall operation and promotion of the company's e-commerce platforms, formulating and implementing e-commerce marketing strategies to enhance the traffic and conversion rate of the store. Familiar with the rules and algorithms of mainstream e-commerce platforms, capable of conducting product listing, page optimization, and marketing event planning. Through data analysis, accurately grasp market demands and user behaviors, continuously optimize e-commerce operation strategies, and improve e-commerce sales performance.
X. Production Debugging Workers (8 positions): Responsible for the assembly and debugging of temperature sensor products on the production line, strictly following the production process and operation procedures to ensure product quality meets standards. Possess basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics, capable of identifying and handling simple product assembly issues. Have a rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, emphasize teamwork, and be able to complete production tasks on time.
