Some say May 20th is a day to express love. For us, precision is the sincerest affection and trust.
To most people, May 20th is a romantic day for confessions. Yet few know it is also World Metrology Day. Dating back to May 20, 1875, multiple countries signed the Metre Convention in Paris, laying a solid foundation for a unified global metrology system and international measurement communication. In 1999, May 20th was officially designated as World Metrology Day, setting unified global metrology standards and establishing a benchmark for trust across all industries. The theme of this year’s World Metrology Day is Metrology: The Foundation of Trust.
Nowadays, metrology is deeply integrated into industrial production and people’s daily lives, serving as an invisible bond of trust between individuals and between enterprises and clients.
At GRAEFF, we firmly believe that every accurate measurement underpins product quality, and every reliable data bears customers’ trust. Over the years, we have stayed true to our original aspiration and focused on precision measurement. We pursue higher accuracy with technology and keep promises with professionalism, ensuring every perception is precise and every trust is well fulfilled.
On World Metrology Day, we sincerely appreciate the trust and support from all partners. Moving forward, GRAEFF will keep forging ahead with precision as our sail and quality as our rudder. We will deliver superior measurement solutions to guard every trust and embrace a promising future together.
